With enrollment or re-registration, students automatically receive the Deutschland-Semesterticket which enables them to use the local public transport (2nd class) throughout Germany at no additional cost - every day and at any time during the entire semester.
As all students participate in the semester ticket through the semester fee (solidarity principle), the transport associations can offer particularly favorable conditions. The Student body has a say in the contracts for the semester ticket - so the students can be sure that their interests and needs are taken into account.
Refund for disabled people
Anyone in possession of a disabled pass (Schwerbehindertenausweis; marks: aG, B, BL, G, Gl, H and RF) can have the semester ticket refunded – please use our request form:
