Higher Education Act

The basis for the business activities of the Studierendenwerk Koblenz as an institution under public law is the Higher Education Act (HochSchG) of September 23, 2020 (GVBl. p. 461), amended by § 24 of the law of October 15, 2020 (GVBl. p. 547), BS 223-41.

Statute

On October 20, 2011, the administrative board of the Studierendenwerk Koblenz decided on the following statutes, on the basis of § 112 paragraph ;2 sentence 2 of the Higher Education Act (HochSchG) in the version of November 19, 2010 (GVBl. p. 463), last amended by the law of December 20 2011 (GVBl. p. 455), BS 223-41. The Ministry of Education, Science, Further Education and Culture approved this according to § 116 paragraph 2 sentence 1 HochSchG with letter dated April 12, 2012 Az. 974 52 222-3/40 (5) in conjunction with letter dated May 31, 2012 Az. 52 222- 3/40 (5).
