Location
The student residence "Von-Cramm-Straße 5-7" is located in Remagen within the RheinAhrCampus area of the Koblenz University of Applied Sciences. Supermarkets and other shops are within walking distance. Opposite are an outdoor swimming pool and a tennis club, the banks of the river Rhine can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
Connection
The bus stop "RheinAhrCampus" (lines 802, 827, 851, 852) is right next to the student residence. From there you can reach the city center, which is just under 2 km away, and Remagen train station in less than 10 minutes.
Housing types & rental prices
The student residence "Von-Cramm-Straße 5-7" offers a total of 102 living spaces, most of them in single apartments. In addition, there is a 3-person flat share, two wheelchair-accessible single apartments and two apartments for singe parents with children.
Rental prices:
- Singe apartments (18 m²): 345 Euro
- Flat shares (12 m²): 305 Euro
- 2-room apartments for single parents with children (37 m²): 385 Euro
- Deposit: 800 Euro
The price includes car parking spaces, water and energy costs, hall cleaning as well as internet flat rate (LAN). There is a usage fee for the washing machines and tumble dryers in the shared laundry room.
The ARD, ZDF and Deutschlandradio broadcasting fee is not included in the price. This must be paid separately by each resident to the relevant authority. WG residents share the fees.

You should bring a mattress (200 x 90 cm), bedding, towels, dishes, cutlery and cleaning agents with you.
